Skyline Endoscopy Center is excited to provide our customers with pricing estimates for our 25 most commonly performed procedures.  Colorado’s Transparency in Healthcare Pricing Act of 2017 requires health care providers to provide this information to help consumers make more informed decisions about their health care. The Act further requires facilities to report their top 25 codes performed more than eleven times throughout the year. Due to the specialized cases Skyline Endoscopy Center performs, we can only provide you with our top 21 codes.  If you are interested in learning more about our self-pay rate for a procedure that is not listed below, please contact us at (970) 663-2159 for a pricing estimate.

The purpose of the procedure pricing tool on this page is to learn more about the average price patients pay at Skyline Endoscopy Center.  Prices are estimates and subject to change.  Actual charges for health care services are dependent on the procedural circumstances at the time the service is rendered.  Factors affecting health care service price include, but are not limited to, medical supplies used and/or additional procedure (CPT) codes billed in conjunction with the primary procedure (CPT) code.

Self-Pay/Uninsured Policy

The posted health care prices may not reflect the total amount of your financial responsibility. Skyline Endoscopy Center’s self-pay policy provides two options for patients to pay for their procedures:

1) The patient can pay in full on the day of service and receive a 50% discount off the estimated fee.

2) The patient can pay half of the estimated fee on the day of service along with splitting the remaining balance between two equal monthly payments, and receive a 30% discount.

If additional procedure (CPT) codes are performed during the patient’s visit, the patient will receive the same discount options on the additional procedure codes. The patient will be billed for these additional charges after the procedure. Payment is due upon receipt of the bill. We will ask you to sign an acknowledgement agreement of our self-pay policy terms prior to receiving services at Skyline Endoscopy Center.
